What is required to get up and running?

We create your private and totally bespoke administratSion console and seed it with sample data relevant to your industry. Once you receive log-ins for the admin console, send registration codes for the mobile apps and you are good to go. Upload your own data and roll out to your testers.

Where is my data stored?

Data is secured in a state-of-the-art Carbon Neutral European Data Center. With ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications in place and N+1 Power, backed up by both generators and UPS we have unparalleled up-time and availability stats.

Can you prepare our data for us?

Yes, we can take whatever you have available and convert into the Calling Tree format for you to manage going forwards. PowerPoint org-charts, csv files, Excel templates, Visio - we've seen them all.

The basic information we need is Name, Email, Department/Team/Office/Country (however you want to categorise your teams is up to you) and phone number(s).

What number do messages originate from?

In most countries we are able to provide you with a dedicated number from which all SMS and Voice calls will originate. Your users can reply to your number and their replies will be visible in your app and admin console.

This is not possible in all regions, we will advise you if this is the case.

How many messages can I send to users?

Included in all packages is an allowance of messages per user (voice and SMS). We use a dedicated messaging gateway capable of sending 1,200 messages per minute. You can send Voice, SMS or both to users in the system.

What languages can I send SMS and Voice?

SMS can be sent in any language you have a keyboard capable of inputting. Voice can be sent in most languages with a choice of female and male voices and in regional accents for English variants.

Can I add other attributes to staff, e.g. Language?

Yes. The default fields (Name, Email, Manager, Team, Phone Numbers) can be extended to another 20 custom fields for you to define and use as filters. Example Country, Office Location, Home Worker, Permanent/Contractor - Use them as you choose, just dont store any protected characteristics please.

Can you support our users?

We provide support for your administrators, and, depending on the package, we can provide email support to your users. With your permission we can issue mobile app codes, help directly with queries and assist with app usage enquiries. We can provide reports of activity we carry out for you, everything is logged.

What reports can I see?

Each time you send a message we will provide real-time updates of delivery, response times and responses. In addition, each action your administrators execute on the web are logged for you to review. We provide roll-out reports for app-take-up as well as stats on when users last accessed the data.

How do you distribute documents?

You upload your PDF documents to the Admin portal. Each document can be made available to Individuals, Teams, Offices, Countries or any other filter that makes sense. The docs are stored securely on the user's phone in the app - each time they launch the app, we check they have the latest version and send an update if required.
